🛡️ Safety Expectations

We take safety seriously, and we ask that all guests do the same. Here is what we expect from everyone on board:

• Follow all instructions from the captain or crew at all times
• Wear life jackets when instructed, especially children and non-swimmers
• No reckless behavior, excessive alcohol consumption, or illegal substances on board
• Inform the captain of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns before departure
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times
• Respect the vessel, equipment, and marine environment

We reserve the right to cancel or end any trip if safety is compromised. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

📝 Self-Operated Rental Waivers

If you choose to rent a boat and operate it yourself, a signed waiver is required before departure. This waiver covers:

• Acknowledgment of responsibility for the vessel during the rental period
• Confirmation that you understand basic boat operation and safety procedures
• Liability release for incidents resulting from operator error or negligence
• Agreement to return the vessel in the same condition and on time

The waiver is a standard document designed to protect both you and our business. Our team will walk you through it and answer any questions before you sign.

Note: Captain-assisted rentals do not require a waiver, as the captain assumes operational responsibility.

👨‍✈️ Captain Options

You always have the option to add a captain to your rental or trip:

• Captains are available for an additional fee on any rental
• Multiple captains are on our team, so availability is flexible
• Captains handle all navigation, safety, and vessel operation
• Recommended for unfamiliar waters, larger groups, or anyone who wants to relax

💳 Payment & Booking

Our payment and booking policies are designed to be clear and fair:

• Full payment is required before departure or vessel pickup
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash
• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received
• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis with full flexibility

🌦️ Weather Policy

Safety always comes first when it comes to weather:

• We monitor weather conditions closely before and during every trip
• If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or offer a full refund
• The captain has final authority on weather-related decisions
• We will always communicate proactively if weather may affect your booking

🌊 Environmental Responsibility

We love the Bahamas and are committed to protecting its waters:

• No littering or dumping of any kind in the ocean
• Respect marine life — no touching, feeding, or harassing wildlife
• Follow designated anchoring and mooring guidelines
• Help us keep the Bahamas beautiful for future generations
